1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ph949.cam ("ph949", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided through the ph949 website, mobile applications, or any associated platforms (collectively, "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Your continued use of ph949 following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

By using ph949, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction; (c) you are accessing the Service from a location where such activities are legal; (d) you have not been previously excluded from gambling or gaming activities by any regulatory authority; and (e) all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the ph949 Service, including the ability to place real-money wagers, you must register for an account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ph949. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts in other persons' names, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we determine that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close all such accounts, void any wagers placed from those accounts, and confiscate any funds deposited or winnings accrued.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph949 is required by Philippine law and international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Users. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request that you provide certified copies of identification documents including, but not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or other government-issued photo identification. We may also require proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership (bank statements, credit card photos with sensitive numbers obscured).

You must submit the requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of our request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to the suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges. All documents submitted will be treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. We reserve the right to verify information with third-party databases and credit reference agencies.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party under any circumstances. If you have reason to believe that your account security has been compromised, you must notify ph949 immediately via our customer support channels. You acknowledge that you are liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify us of a security breach.

ph949 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session and to use caution when accessing your account on shared or public computers.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

ph949 accepts deposits via various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking institutions, QR Ph interbank transfers, and GrabPay. All deposit transactions must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Pesos (₱50.00), subject to change at our discretion. Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon confirmation of payment, typically within sixty (60) seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited as part of our AML compliance obligations. ph949 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit that we suspect originates from an unauthorized source, criminal activity, or violates any provision of these Terms. We do not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which we are not responsible.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to meeting wagering requirements for any bonuses claimed and completing identity verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case alternative arrangements will be made. Standard processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals is ten to fifteen (10-15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) hours.

ph949 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where we have concerns about account security or AML compliance. We may implement withdrawal limits based on your account verification level, transaction history, and applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotional offer. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on ph949 are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and any bet parameters before confirming your wager. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction, obvious mispricing of betting markets), ph949 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the original stake amount. Decisions regarding bet validity and settlements are made at the sole discretion of ph949 management and are final.

The maximum bet and maximum payout amounts vary depending on the specific game, sport, or betting market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by ph949 at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager for any reason, including but not limited to: concerns about your betting patterns, suspected advantage play, system vulnerabilities, or breach of these Terms. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino games or official results for sports betting events.

4.2 Casino Games

ph949 offers a comprehensive selection of casino games including slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), live dealer games, and specialty games. All casino games operate on certified RNG software that has been independently tested and approved by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section and represent long-term statistical expectations, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in immediate closure of those accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

Upon self-exclusion, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable wagering requirements or pending settlements. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under your name or using accounts registered to other individuals

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain unfair advantage

• Depositing funds from third-party payment sources not registered in your name

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The ph949 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph949 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Service or its Content; (b) collect or use product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make derivative use of the Service or its Content; (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of another entity; or (e) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by ph949.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

ph949 strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, accessible, or operate without disruption, delay, or errors. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated when possible, but emergency maintenance may be required without advance warning.

You acknowledge that internet connectivity and the proper functioning of hardware and software on your device are prerequisites for using the Service. ph949 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet outages, device malfunctions, software conflicts, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PH949 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PH949, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PH949 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your ph949 account in the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000.00), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph949, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity in which you engage; or (e) any content you submit through the Service. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and your use of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine regulatory framework for gaming, including all PAGCOR regulations and directives, shall apply to the operation of the Service and resolution of disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact ph949 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within fourteen (14) calendar days, you may escalate the matter to our complaints management team by submitting a formal written complaint via email to [email protected], including a detailed description of the dispute, relevant documentation, and your proposed resolution.

We will investigate your complaint and respond with our decision within thirty (30) calendar days. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are subject to regulatory oversight, and any decision rendered by PAGCOR in connection with a dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph949 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph949 concerning your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph949 of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by our authorized representative.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your account or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ph949 may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

12.5 Force Majeure

ph949 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, fuel crises, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
